Off course I've used that .reg file, but that didn't help !!!

I cannot understand, I've used many programs but this is first time when I really cannot get rid of a program that I've installed, yes I deleted every thing in Document and Settings in Program Files...

I installed SpyBot, I configured it then Immunized than I saw that this Anti-Spyware is not what I've been looking for, so I uninstaled it, deleting all files and backup too.
