It is a fine point whether Spybot, Adaware etc use their own system restore point or if they create one on Windows system restore. I ask about the difference so I'll know whether to enable this...

Re: Anti spyware, each program seems to have its own system restore just as windows does.
Should all be activated or none and just depend upon windows?
