I'm not sure if this the right forum.

My lap top works just fine until I disconnect from the internet then it freezes up. I can't even shutdown unless I hit the power button. What should I do?

So far my computer seems to be okay. I thank you for all your help.

I would like to know, if I have problems in the future may I request you.

After I scanned with VundoFix it did not have a remove Vundo button. Did I do something wrong? Please advise.
