I have a spy called pepper and I don't know how to remove it. I have tried numerous scans with out success. ALso ran S&D in safe mode. No luck! Here is my log from HiJackthis. Can someone help?

I have tried to post my S&D report log to get help on removing peeper, however when I try to attach it the forum says that it is to big. How do I make it shorter or get the info to you.

Ok I can not get rid of this one. Spybot detects it, but it just shows up again how do I get rid of it? can anybody help?
