I am a new used of spybot so I hope you can answer my question. When I run my scan I have 59 entries of Backweb lite. What is that and should I remove them all?
 
You may be running with old detections. Please go into Spybot > Update > Search for updates > check everything found > Download updates.

Please run another scan. When the the scan completes, if you still get detections for "Backweb lite", right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard" and paste the results into another post.
