I think it's part of a GDI update, anyway... which NT service pack do you have installed?
And which procedure exactly is missing? (I have recently created some patches that allow Borland Delphi applications to run on those old versions again, not sure if I already compiled the recent RunAlyzer beta with this)

Its version 4.0 Build 1381 + SP6.
Do you also have the name of the missing function? The error message is usually something like msimg32.dll:functionname or functionname in msimg32.dll. Since it works on my NT4 SP6 installations here, I probably need the exact function name to find out which update may be needed or if we can make that optional.
If I would need to make a wild guess, I would recommend this update from Microsoft, which is also for NT, and includes the newest version of msimg32.dll (imho).
