I've lost a file ! How do i get it back?

Hi when i start my spybot 1.4 version (freeversion) I get this message

This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found.Reinstall the application may fix this problem. ok

when I click ok the program will start and run ok (except it seems to take a bit longer, not excessively though! ) I have reinstalled this program but the message still comes up. Where can I get one of these files? or what do I need to do ? I 've never had any trouble with this before, I have XP and run Vet antivirus . Any help would be most welcome. Thanks

The problem is usually caused by a bad path. Please read the following Microsoft Knowledge base article:
