Smithfruad-C, SpySherrif, & Others

Okay, here is what I have been dealing with:

I keep getting this red circle w/ white "X" in my task bar (looks real official). The one time I clicked on it SpySherrif was installed. After realizing that I didn't want SpySherrif, I followed instructions for removal and successfully removed it. I am running Norton Internet Security and did a full system scan tha tcame up clean. About once an hour, however, I get this pop-up that says a "download.trojan" has been safely removed from my system. Okay...... so I begin the relentless task of trying to clean my system. I have run the following programs:

SpyBot S&D, Cleanup, CWShredder, ewido, HJT, smitrem, trojanhunter, Adware SE, Stinger, CC Cleaner, and my Norton virus scan. (I will post my logs for HJT and ewido)

I am still getting the pop-ups and the red circle w/ "X".

Okay, I attached the HJT log that I ran in safe mode, but for some reason I can't get ANY on-line virus scans to work. It's as if the links are not working. I click and it says "Done" but nothing goes. In Firefox it at least tells me to use IE.

Re-ran HJT, log attached. Still no good on the virus scan. I left it on all night and it just sat idle.

BTW, I only get virus notifications while connected to the internet. When I take my modem offline my scans come up clean.

MicroWorld - Free AntiVirus standalone scanner
Download/save mwav.exe http://www.mwti.net/antivirus/free_utilities.asp
Run mwav.exe which will start run mwavscan.com select all files, press scan when it is completed view log,
but here is the catch since the log is so large, we only need to see the lines with "action taken" in them.
It will only report but is very thurough. *Dont* post sections if they are in antimaleware backups,
Quarantine or Restore folders, or in C:\System Volume Information. or C:\_restore folders.
Also Edit out sections which "refer to invalid object" please, no need to post them.
*Note* If prompted that a Virus was found and you need to purchase the product to remove the malware,
just close out the prompt and let it continue scanning.
