hello everybody

i have used spybot for several years, but now that i have installed the upgraded version, when i ask for downloads they do not automatically have the tick beside them. I totally admit that i have no idea of what these new dections are about so was totally dependent on things being kindly done for me, when i searched for downloads today there were loads and i don't know what to do
so do i just download everything or is there some way that i can get the automatic selection back
