Action Taken the file was automatically deleted

I click ok at this pop up and then it just comes back.
It alternates between AP0.htm and AP1.htm

Hi, been trying to fix this!, I have looked up norton log files and have loads of entries like this.

    Automatically deleted
    Source: C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine\Portal\20E94529.wmf
Click for more information about this threat : Downloader

But down the very bottom there are a few entries like this.

    Repair failed, access denied.
    C:\Documents and Settings\mag\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\AHGZEXI5\cyber[1].wmf
Click for more information about this threat : Downloader

One comes up with the name bloodhound.Exploit.95
    Source: C:\Documents and Settings\mag\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\83YK9SEX\test[1].htm
Click for more information about this threat : Bloodhound.Exploit.95
