Default How do I use regUsers as Registry Backup?

I'm trying for days now to restore my registry, because the TeaTimer has left it corrupted after disabling TeaTimer, Spybot and rebooting my W2k System.

Fortunately there are two Spybot backup files regLocal and regUsers to restore parts of the registry. But how do I execute/import regUsers without registry access problems (exec of regLocals works)?
