Teatimer pop-ups won't stop

Hi i noticed when i change users teatimer asks me to ok the default the username and i click alow and tick the box but the problem is is that i get bombarded with continuous pop-ups telling me that it's being allowed and it's really starting to put a strain on the CPU.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I get asked to okay the default user name when switching users,but I never told Spybot to remember the decision,so I don't get the continuous pop-ups.
You could try refreshing the snapshot files,and see if that helps.

Twice when I did that when I had something in the black & white list it worked,and once I kept getting pop-ups.So if it doesn't work,just post back.
