run error

I'M NEW TO SPYBOT AND NOT REAL COMPUTER SAVY SO I NEED HELP. WHEN GOING INTO DIFFERENT SITES A BOX POPS UP THAT SAYS A RUN ERROR HAS OCCURRED AND ASK IF I WOULD LIKE TO DEBUG, IT ALSO HAS DIFFERENT LINE NUMBERS. WHAT CAN I DO? PLEASE HELP
