Had malware issues...is my comp clean?

Hey everyone,

I was just recently infected with a virus. I think I totally removed it, but I am not sure. Could one of you check my log for me, please, and tell me what you think? Thanks!

"BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance

At the present time, do not run Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.0 (BETA) to produce a log for this forum, unless specifically requested, or you have a Vista Operating System.

Also I don't see the results of the on-line anti virus scan for a helper to analyse.

What online scanner should I use for a log?

I did a Kaspersky scan, since that looks like what everyone else was doing. There was one virus found, but I am fairly sure it's a fase positive, since it's an item that Norton quarantined.
