What's up with Net-Integration?

I just scanned, and Spybot found two IE bookmarks, it flagged them as threats with red colour.

Both bookmarks are to the Net-Integration forums. I tried to go there, but the server was not found. I also notice that the site is in the red zone.

The two bookmarks are in a folder for pc security, I don't have a habit of bookmarking questionable sites in there...

What is this? Is it a false positive?
