    Default Help!

On the Resident page I just got: DENIED VALUE "Boot Execute" (new data:"") deleted in session manager!, then the log says, DENIED VALUE "Exclude from known Dills" (new data:"") deleted in session manager!. What does this mean? Does it sound worse than it is? All I did was check the Tea Timer box. I just installed Spybot Saturday so please excuse my lack of knowledge. Thanks

On my Windows XP Home system, it appears that Spybot currently monitors (among other things) changes to the valuenames "BootExecute" and "ExcludeFromKnownDlls" in the following registry keys:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\Session Manager]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Control\Session Manager]

Apparently something was clearing (new data: "") the "BootExecute" and "ExcludeFromKnownDlls" valuenames in one of those registry keys and you denied those changes. The original TeaTimer dialog for those changes should have had the old data in addition to the new data.

Beyond that I can't really tell you much.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
