After this update, when I try to execute in command line "spybotsd.exe /autoupdate /autocheck /autofix" when the update is finished the check window opens and inmediatly go down and don't make anything

Anybody knows how to solve this problem?

Did you try it a second time and did you download the 2007-06-13 updates prior to now?

The 2007-06-13 updates included a new plugin (TCP/IP Plugin). When the download and installation of the plugin completed, Spybot (SpybotSD.exe) was closed and restarted so that the new plugin was loaded into the program. This would have caused the /autocheck /autofix not to execute and the program just to open normally.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
