I've had Spybot S&D for a while now and suddenly in one of the scans this came up. What is it, what does it do and where could it have come from?

I've had Spybot S&D for a while now and suddenly in one of the scans this came up. What is it, what does it do and where could it have come from?
Please post a scan log so that the entire detection is shown not just the name. To do that:
- Run another scan.
- When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
- Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.
Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
