Please help with a window that pops up "CiD:"

I got this from going to spywarebot.com and it just wont go away. Spybot found it once and removed it, but it just keeps coming back. I tried reboting in safe mode and removing it there but spybot says my system is clean. Any help or insight would be fantastic...Richard Cruz
