7fasst registry entry keeps appearing

Everytime I do a scan with spybot S&D, it keeps detecting this 1 7fasst registry entry. I always remove it and the next time I scan with S&D (usually a couple days later) it's always back. it only detects this 1 7fasst registry entry, i know i've ever had 7fasst on my computer before. Is there any way to stop it from coming back over and over again? I don't think it's doing anything bad cuz it's just a registry entry.

Anyway, this is the registry entry of it.

I tried scanning and fixing the problem in safe mode before and it didn't work. I also noticed everytime I start up Internet Explorer, the registry entry would come back
