Help Please

I have downloaded Spyware SD 1.4 and then I tried to install it and after it asks me which language I use it just closes and I also have a problem with pop ups and the internet randomly closes out when ever it feels like. Please help me I have no Idea what to do. Also my computer takes way to long to perform I have opened the applications page several times only to find out that random programs are running like: Wintouch.exe, REGSCAN.exe, SVCHOST.exe. All of these seem to be using like 99% of my computers memory please help!
