Well, I don't see any signs of SpywareStrike on your system was ever there?

What symptoms/problems were you seeing?

I see that Ewido found and removed MyWebsearch. Is this a Dell computer?

If you want to remove MyWebsearch it is best removed via Add/Remove programs in the control panel. My suggestion would be to restore from quarantine all of the MyWebsearch files that Ewido quarantined, Then, go to the Control Panel and *Add/Remove* Programs, highlight MyWebSearch and remove it from there.

Afterwards you can then run Ewido to see if anything was missed. And I'll need to see a fresh HijackThis log.

Ewido also removed minibug. Are you running Weatherbug? If so, that is a component of old version of Weatherbug. I would advise you also to uninstall Weatherbug and get the latest version that doesn't have any spyware components.

Also, I'm going to send you a private message with my email address. I need for you to put the following file into a zip file and email to the address I give you:

Doubleclick on sfp.exe
Copy then paste the list below into it and hit continue.

lcfnp.dll was not there, so I'm going to assume the file itself was already removed in a prior cleaning step.

zsnotify.dll was included and that file is ok It belongs to Zero Spyware.

So, that confirmed, let's proceed to cleanup the leftovers in the HijackThis log.

First, please go to Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel and find the following in the list:

Highlight it and press *remove*.

Ooops - forgot your were Win2k and that batch file report only works on xp, so I'm waiting to see how we should best deal with the original problem. My understanding is that those items Spybot found are meaningless leftovers from a now fixed infection and a future update to Spybot will address those leftovers. It might be better just to ignore those for now and wait for the next updates to see if it gets resolved
