email spybot request

There are alot of people who use spybot, and some of the people that i know that use spybot are not going to know
about this new version 1.5 so i sent an email asking spybot
team to add version 1.5 as an update when they opened
version 1.4 and clicked check for updates. Team spybot response? look below...........what the heck? i didn't have installer issues, they didn't even bother to read the email!
i didn't know where to post this, so I'm posting it here and
hoping someone will read it from spybot and understand what i was saying. I'm not mad at the spybot people, for i am very grateful for all the service they provide. i just hope they do offer this an an update, within the program.
it would help alot more people to know that a new version
is available, and then they will actually use it. so thanx for
letting me post this, i just thought someone from spybot would notice and understand what i am trying to say.

Please uninstall Spybot - Search & Destroy according to the following link: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/howto/uninstall.html
(Notice: The application data folder is hidden. How to show hidden files you can read here: http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html. Now the application data folder is visible)
Then download a fresh copy of Spybot - Search & Destroy and try to install it again: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html. Do not forget to update (If you don't know how to use the update function yet, here's a short tutorial including a screenshot: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/howto/update.html.

Well,

1. You don't need to do such a complete uninstall as described in that FAQ
2. Our "Mike" is not writing support emails at all
3. If I were you, I would click the feedback link for not helpful!
