    Angry Malware running with IE?

As it is happending to another guy, I'm noticing a mysterious .exe running concurrently with a never invoked IE session. Both processes can't be killed. The .exe files change name each day: yesterday it was asd221.exe, this morning is nw1812.exe. They are stored onto C:\. Needless to say that they can't be deleted. They can be renamed, but even upon next reboot, the process starts again and the executable is still there. Moreover it seems creating some undeletable files under C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Impostazioni locali\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

No cleaning with safe reboot, and deletion via DOS interface. No cleaning even with:

    AVG Antivirus
    AVG Antispyware
    SPYBOt Search & Destroy
    RegClean
    RegEdit

Can anyone help me? I'm attaching this .exe file (CAREFUL).
