Blinking cursor, no internet - HJT attached

I have a computer that is acting very weird. When you look at the cursor, it blinks and turns to an hourglass about every 1 second. It will not connect to the internet. It seems to have effected McAfee from working. I just removed (in theory) Winantivirus2006 and Zlob using Spybot. Could not do Kaspersky due to no internet.

Hi

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you
will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it (you need to do downloading with other computer if can't access web with infected one). Click Next, then Install, then make
sure Run fixit is checked and click Finish. The fix will
begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer;
please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is
normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log (taken in normal mode if possible), along with the contents of
the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt

I have removed some more items with AVG Anti-Spyware and an Avast scan was clean and done a lot of cleaning and stopping of startup programs. Thought I should give you another HJT before running fixwareout. Can you tell me what entry prompted you to sugest fixwareout? I am trying to learn how to read HJT logs myself....thanks.
