Another vundo victim

Hi guys. Have followed al linstructions in sticky. Have also run vundofix and combofix. Run spybot in safe mode etc.etc. Virus seems to disappear then returns again. I use PCCillin.
Really appreciate any advice.
My Kaspersky log is 273000 characters so i can't post it here. What do I do??

Please do not run any more fixes until the logs requested have been analysed.

If the result of your anti-virus scan is extremely long, please do not post it, but rather inform your helper when posting the HJT log.
