Are you using version 1.4 or 1.5?
And are you regularly using the update (asking to check whether you have the newest advcheck.dll or not)?

    @ malinens
Did this happen on your first try or did Spybot already complete one of the former scans?
Which OS do you run (Win XP SP1/SP2,...)?

    @ Ezechiel
Please run a scan using only the malware.sbi. To so, go to switch to advanced mode via the program bar, go to "Settings" -> "File sets" and uncheck everything but the malware.sbi.
After the scan has finished, please run another scan using only the Trojans.sbi.
