SDWinSec.exe error

Hey, all! Found out that I didn't have spybot installed on my newest machene and installed it. This error popped up, but the program itself seems to have started ok.

Please let me know if I should try to reinstall it or just leave it as it is:

ERROR:

Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SDWinSec.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 740
The requested operation requires elevation.

My operating system is Vista.

You might want to uninstall Spybot:

Next,go to the download page:
http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html

After you select a mirror,when the download box pops up,choose to save it to somewhere convenient,like your desktop.Next,rightclick the spybotsd160.exefile,and choose Run As Administrator,and follow the prompts to install Spybot.
