help with message "Warning! Potential Spyware operation"

i ran ad-aware, spybot, and hijackthis (log file below) but it still keeps coming up every 5 min or so.

Not sure if this is all you need, but i do appreciate any help that can be given. thanks

Since it looks like you are new to the forum, let me take a moment to provide some information, perhaps others will read it and be helped by it also.

1) All forum I know of post instructions at the top and I must assume you missed them, hard to believe you would ignore things like:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)
and Start with ONLY the Two Logs We Ask For in Our Sticky Topic, NOT CF etc

2) Had you read the instructions and followed them, you would not have posted a HJT log that is out of date and running from an unsafe temporary position.

3) As you are probably aware, all helpers are volunteers who fight this battle because they hate malware and are not overly fond of the lowlifes who put it on folks computer, but they are freelance (like Jedi knights) who wonder from forum to forum looking for folks to help and I want you to know I wonder at times if we are winning this battle or not. When a volunteer stops by this forum looking for folks to help, taking time out of their already busy lives to do this, what do you think is the first thing they look for. In my case it is folks who have followed the directions and I suspect this is true for most helpers.

4) combofix is a tool we do selectively use when it is needed, and I hope it has fixed your problem. I also hope I have provided the answer to your question.

at this point would it be of any use to update my ver. of hjt and post the log as well as the kaspersky log? or since it's not happening anymore, should i just continue as is?
