Got some problems, please help =S

I got this problem with my computer... The computer crashes and doesn't load explorer.exe after some time...

Allways the same files appare in the C:\ root...



And here is a screeny of the Spybot S&D scan (That was the only prog able to locate anything >_<:



Please help... Do anyone know how to prevent/remove this... Don't want to run my ghost disc more than nessisary >_>
