    Default SpybotDeletingB 3886

Hello, Spybot SD Resident gives me a message that reads:
    Category: System Startup User Entry
    Change: Value Added
    Entry: SpybotDeletingB 3886
    New data: command/c del "C:\windows\system32\drivers\core.cache.dsk
I don't understand whether this is Spybot cleaning up my system or if it is the virus making the changes. Thanks for your help.
