Lovely Girl, Dirty PC

I've recently met a fantastic girl who whilst is totally lovely in every way has unfortunately got a very infected computer. I noticed she hadn't updated Spybot S&D so I updated and ran it, uncovering about 98 buts of malware including Command Service and Virtumonde. I ran it again in safe mode and it seemed to get rid of most of it but after having a look around on your excellent forum I suspect it is by no means clean. I have run Kaspersky online scanner and that found 10 viruses. Here are the relevant logs;

1. Download combofix from one of these links:

2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Hello again,

Sorry for my delay between posts but I can only work on the PC occasionally when I'm at Beckys house. Hope this isn't too annoying.

Anyway, when I ran Combofix it got to Stage 16 before the message "FINDSTR: Cannot open suspect_netsvcs.dat" appeared. It then continued to Stage 21 before a windows error box appeared headed "Windows - No DIsk" and the message "Exception processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

There were three buttons, Cancel, Try Again or Continue all of which merely caused the box to reappear. After this rebooting was the only option.

I retried after reboot but the same thing happened.

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

1. Close all applications and windows.
2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post. in your reply
