    Default HKCU/Test-Dummy/Test-Resident

Is Registry Entry HKCU/Test-Dummy/Test-Resident part of Spybot SD program?

Very interesting question! I also have the following registry entry:

    Code:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Test-Dummy\Test-Resident]
TeaTimer.exe (I'm running Version 1.5.0.9) does access that registry entry about once a second performing the following operations:
    • OpenKey
    • QueryKey
    • CloseKey

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition running on a 2.40GHz IntelŪ PentiumŪ 4 Processor with 512 MB of RAM and a 533 MHz System Bus.

Ok Thanks. So this registry entry is part of spybot s&d's teatimer. I thought it was something created by malware.
