Uninstall bug (Security Center-Vista)

Hello,

I wanted uninstall Spybot with add/remove programs and unfortunately, it remains a part of Spybot in the security center of Vista. So I downloaded the file. Reg which is located at the following address: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/howto/uninstall.html

But the problem persists ... Any ideas?!
