I just need to know where is a list of the malware/virus sthat spybot scans for. Need to check to see if some viruses that another program (XoftspySE) says exist on my puter are scanned by spybot. They may be false positives.
Thanks, Diligent.

Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > Ignore products.
Note: The names given to malware are not always consistent among different products.
Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition running on a 2.40GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor with 512 MB of RAM and a 533 MHz System Bus.
Thanks MD. Appreciate the reply.
That's right, forgot that different names sometime apply.
Does this prog info help identify anything that I can read in Spybot?

hi,
from the filename and path alone it is hard to tell if the files are malicious or not.
The paths could be different depending on your operating system.
On a Windows XP the rundll32.exe for instance is located in c:\windows\system32\ .
You can submit the files for analysis for example to a site like http://www.virustotal.com
or sent them via email to us detections-at-spybot.info (replace -at- with @)
