Can't get rid of DivoCodec/CiD IEXPLORE pop up

Stupidly ran the Divocodec program and got stuck with the CiD iexplore popup spyware it unleashes

Spybot doesn't get rid of it and I have been reading archived threads about other people with it but am not an expert at any of this...

I have...

NoLop
atf cleaner
and hijackthis

but I have no idea what to do.

I am ready to run them and post logs and whatever else is involved in solving this problem, can someone please run through it with me and help me get rid of this spyware
