    Unhappy Damaged Malware?

    Dear Team Spybot,

I have had the weirdest problem with my computer. Whenever I scan my computer with Spybot, it picks up 5 different types of zlobs. Yet, no pop-ups or any other annoying malware stuff is coming. I recently went to the malware removal forums and they helped me fix up some things, but no matter what, they won't go away. I know that it is there because I can see them in my registry keys, but I can't seem to delete them at all manually and neither can Spybot. Whenever I try to delete these specific keys my computer says 'Cannot delete (name of key): Error while deleting key.' Is it possible these malwares are damaged or what? I was told to come here and report this, so can you guys please help me figure out what is up?

    Thanks,
    Zlink500

    zlink500:

Please post a log of the actual detections you are getting and maybe someone can help. To do that:
    • Run another scan.
    • When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
    • Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.

    Thanks

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.

    Hello.

Please produce a complete Spybot scan report:

Open Spybot-S&D and start a scan ("check for problems"). After the scan, right-click in the results field and choose either "Save full report to file..." or "Copy full report to clipboard".

Then attach the file (or copy the report) to the email and send it to: detections(at)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)

    Regards.
