security center won't start

Since installing spybot , my security center won't start.
All the programs (firewall , virusscanner , defender) are running but the security centre icon in the toolbar is red . When I try and start it , it just gives me "unable to start"

Hello,

Have you tried it this way?

* Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
* Double-click "Security Center" service from the listing
* Set the startup type of the service to "Automatic"
* Start the service by clicking the "Start" button in that applet.
