Default zijpru.exe & Microsoft Update Machine

Spybot asked me to approve etc zijpru.exe. I declined since it looked 'funny'. I've searched Google, spybot, zonealarm, microsoft and I can't find out anything about it.

Here's the report from my spybot logs:

18/11/2007 14:04:09 Denied (based on user decision) value "Microsoft Update Machine" (new data: "zijpru.exe") added in System Startup global entry!
Has anyone ever heard of this and is it safe to allow (since it's potentially part of Microsoft's OS. I'm using XP and everything's up to date.

    TIA.

P.S. Forgot to mention that Zonealarm is my firewall and it's blocking zijpru every couple of minutes.
