Detecting Stration.C in a Samsung HKEY

After running a scan with spybot, I get the result that my computer is infected with the worm Stration.C
it is located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current|Version\Run\Samsung PanelMgr
with the mention Autorun settings (Samsung Panel Mgr)
I then click "fix selected problems" reboot and Stration.c is not there anymore.
It does not reappear until I use my printer
After I print a few pages with my printer I rerun spybot and Stration.C has reappeared.
Is this something I should be worried about ?
Is this worm passed on by Samsung or is it just located on the Samsung HKEY ?
