Please help! Vuno infection

I first want to say that it was such a relief to find this site! I have tried everything to get rid of this virus with to no avail.

If you have a Vundo infection it can be very hard to remove. This will take some time and unless you are patient, understand how to follow directions and are comfortable working on your computer, you may want to seek local professional help. If you wish to proceed, read and follow the directions carefully.

C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\ <<< this is BADLY out of date and likely why you are infected. Download the newest version of Java and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove programs.

How do you know this is a Vundo infection? Nothing showing in the HJT log?
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< rename HJT, call it Jordan81.exe that will work, restart and post a new HJT log, we should see the infection if it is there.

Kaspersky: I will need to see a scan but wait until I ask you to run and post it. Save that file you have in the event I want to see it.

Keep your computer offline except when you are troubleshooting, the junk will download more.
