Did you scan with SSD twice after updating ? any problems found the second
check for problems ?

Yes i scanned twice, the first time it fixed 2 problems & the second time it was all clear.

Have i got to fix the duos.dll file above in Hijackthis?

Put in place a good hosts file

How did that go ?
Replace it about once monthly to keep it updated
