Default immunization problem (software plugins) 876 protected/19 unprotected

Hi, I am running Vista Home Premium with full admin rights and I have read other users problems with immunization problems. I have also carried out an "undo" and then "immunize" again as per some instructions. The undo and immunize works but the same un-immunized problems are back when I log back on to my PC. I also have the problem of a "slow start up" of Spybot s&d. I have also attempted to follow the instructions from the following thread posted by PepiMK

    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=21646

I'm not really at a level which I feel I can follow these instructions (I'm a bit of a newbie computer wise)

Is there anything else I can try or should I wait for the new release that will fix this issue?

My apologies if this immunization issue is getting repetative

    Hello,

We already have located the startup problems in Spybot S&D version 1.5 and fixed it.
Here is the download file for the fix: the new Spybot beta

    About the immunization:
    1. Start your PC in safe mode.
    2. Launch Spybot.
    3. Unselect all the options in the immunization tab except the ones which are not immunized.
    4. Undo Immunization.
    5. Redo Immunization.

It also works running "As Administrator".

Please have also a look at this link in our forum:
