Pre-configuring Spybot

I'm setting up Spybot on a BartPE disk and I like it to ignore certain software. Is it possible to edit the relevant .sbi files?

If you could edit the .sbi files, dozens of rogues would copy its contents
You need the exclude file to do that: Excludes\Bots.sbe. Not sure where it is expected when running PE probably in the same folder as the other files (since there's no such appdata folder as in a standard install).
