Virtumonde and Zenosearch

I have the virtumonde virus and spybot wont get rid of it. What should I do?

I have IE in medium security level, and this is my laptop, I'm the only user. It says this.
"Failed to load Kaspersky Online Scanner ActiveX control!
You must have administrative rights on this computer;
you also must have the IE security settings to the Medium level."

Couldn't get Kaspersky to work, here is the Hijackthis
