smitfraud-c.coreservice problem PLEASE HELP

Hi, i know a few other people has had this problem with smitfraud-c.coreservice but i don't know if i need specific instructions to fix my laptop or smitfraud is the same for situation... i just need help please this has bugged me for about 5 days now and i've tried everything i know

A few details please, which version of Spybot-S&D are you running, and is it detecting smitfraud-c.coreservice and unable to remove it?
