Newbie with a Zlob Migraine

I think that i have removed everything, and S&D says it is clean, but then after restart and running again,

Zlob.Downloader.vcd:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VideoPlugin

Is back!!

I have deleted the restore points,
I have uninstalled IE as it was also attached to that.
Used SmitfraudFix.exe
Read and tried and read more and edited registry and I don't even know all that I have done any more.

Everything seems to be working fine again, no pop ups, no screaming fans, but but that dang VideoPlugin registry entry keeps coming back.

Please help if you can

Please make sure that you are running the latest version of Spybot - Search & Destroy including the latest updates.

To see which version number and/or updates of Spybot - Search & Destroy you are using please run Spybot-S&D and choose "Help" --> "About" in the menu bar.
There you can see which version you have and which updates are installed.
It should be version 1.5 and the updates from the 2008/01/16.

Please run a scan in safe mode.
That should fix it.
