Default "Flash Player Update" after updating Spybot?

After updating today, I went to Immunize but there was nothing to immunize. Then I closed Spybot, and the Spybot Resident popped up a question about changing a registry setting and then I hit Allow at the same time I noticed it was a "Flash Player Update". I found this strange so I went to the registry and I find that:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
    Software\
    Microsoft\
    Windows\
    CurrentVersion\
    RunOnce\
    FlashPlayerUpdate

    is set to:

    C:\
    Program Files\
    Opera\
    Program\
    Plugins\
    NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe -p

A quick Google search reveals that there exists malware related to NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe. I have not restarted my computer.

Is this part of a legit Spybot update? Or is there something fishy?
