    Angry Reoccurring Problems with Spy Bot

    I'm now having one reoccuring problem, and one new one.

    1) I am being told that I am not the administrator, so Spybot won't fix a number of problems it found. (I was told previously to access Spybot through my start menu, and that worked for a while...now the message is coming back again).

    2) Spybot will not allow me to fully immunize....message says I may have Zone Alarm or another software, which I don't have, that might be causing this.

    Can anyone help?

    Hello,

    To immunize you also need admin rights.

    Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 might tell you that you are not being allowed to operate at the administration level of your computer.
    You can solve this problem as follows:
    Just right-click on the module’s icon you are about to run and select “Run as administrator”
