Secure Shredder

I shredded a file with some sensitive information in it, a Word file, but the icon and name of the file refuse to leave the desktop. I tried to delete it, but it say it cant be found in the dialog box.

Is there anyway to remove a file that does not even exist?

I'm trying to get rid of Antispycheck virus. I went into search and destroy and changed mode to advanced. I selected "Shredder" and downloaded the Antispycheck virus from my computer program. I pushed the "Chop Away" button and a response came up, "are you sure you want to delete this file?" I pushed "yes" and nothing happened.

I'm so close to ridding myself of this nuisance what should I be doing? Please help! How else can I use Spybot to get rid of this problem?

One cannot remove an infection in that manner.

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum where a helper will advise you as soon as available.

when i used file shredder it doesnt delete the file in temp but the file is in zero bites... is there anything wrong about it?...
